
Technical Delivery Team Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Team Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team in the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in Technical Account Management and/or previous leadership capabilities.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Google Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) or similar tools are essential.
As a Technical Delivery Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading from the front, playing both coach and player on all Enterprise accounts to set the bar for future engagements. You will handle complex implementation processes with your team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include managing team KPIs, driving team growth and knowledge transfer, refining processes where appropriate, and providing constant feedback to the operations team to improve internal and external service processes.
You will also manage multiple stakeholders, customers, and projects in parallel, take responsibility for describing and escalating bugs through internal channels, and plan with the local team for account follow-ups once a customer is operational.
Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, identify areas for process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
