  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator (required)
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional (preferred)
  • AWS Certified Security - Specialty (preferred)
  • Previous experience in cloud support or engineering roles, with a strong understanding of AWS services.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
  • Infrastructure as Code skills, with proficiency in Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Scripting and automation skills, with expertise in Bash, Python, PowerShell, and Terraform.
  • Operating System knowledge, with experience in Linux (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, RHEL) and Windows Server.
  • Networking skills, with a deep understanding of VPC, subnets, route tables, security groups, NAT Gateway, and Direct Connect.
  • Performance monitoring and optimisation skills, with expertise in CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, and X-Ray.
  • Security and compliance skills, with a strong understanding of IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, Security Hub, AWS Organisations, and SCPs.
  • DevOps and CI/CD skills, with experience in CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and GitHub Actions.
