About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to join our team at Foxtel, a leading entertainment company in Australia. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and planning for BINGE Originals, a key part of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote BINGE Originals, including campaign planning, budget management, and stakeholder management.
  • Brand and Content Planning: Lead content planning and prioritization strategy aligned with brand and sales performance goals, drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to optimize GTM efforts, and support the Marketing Director with brand growth initiatives.
  • Team Management: Line manage the shared marketing coordinator across marketing and PR, manage relationships with internal creative agencies and third-party suppliers, and develop and refine the strategic performance management framework for BINGE Originals.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven experience in marketing strategy and performance management, particularly in entertainment or SVOD brands.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong creative thinking and an eye for detail when it comes to campaign execution and brand consistency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Passion for Storytelling: A passion for storytelling and a keen interest in the entertainment industry.
