Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality lash services to clients
  • Consult with clients to determine their lash needs and preferences
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their lash services
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet client expectations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a lash technician
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident and consultative approach to working with clients
