Strategic Product Manager

Cuscal Limited is seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive strategic vision and deliver product performance in the Payments team.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, technical knowledge, market awareness, and presentation skills.
This role requires strong product management experience in financial services, with a focus on B2B products and payment services. Key responsibilities include designing value propositions, ensuring clearly defined product requirements, managing integration of new product development or product change into existing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations, legislation, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategies aligned to market needs and company goals.
Design and implement effective product launches and rollouts.
Manage product development projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
Technical knowledge of payment systems and technologies, including APIs, payment gateways, and risk management tools.
Market awareness and understanding of industry trends and developments.
