Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Commercial Products team at Nine Entertainment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated test scripts for API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and design effective test cases.
  • Perform thorough testing of APIs, web services, and cloud-based solutions hosted on AWS.
  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using established processes.
  • Ensure the software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Continuously improve the automation framework to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies in QA automation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong experience in API testing, with expertise in using Postman or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in.NET and JavaScript for writing and maintaining test scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
