Job Role

The role involves managing, maintaining and supporting an enterprise environment to ensure continuous availability of services for support offices, warehouses and stores across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage systems and services managed by the infrastructure team.
  • Provide technical expertise in core infrastructure, cloud services, Microsoft enterprise environments and virtualisation platforms.
  • Coordinate project tasks with support from technical leads and project managers.
  • Conduct training and mentoring programs for junior team members and ensure accurate documentation.
About You

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong passion for information technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

You must be capable of working across multiple technology domains to effectively support operations, contribute to project success and meet agreed service level agreements.

You will have:

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure solutions, integrations and migrations.
  • Experience working with Microsoft enterprise environments and core systems.
  • Experience supporting virtualisation environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise patching and security systems.
