Job Title: Systems Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT professional to manage and coordinate the design, implementation, and ongoing support of our ICT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, network security, and technical support.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role that requires a high degree of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the availability and performance of computer systems within our ICT environment. You will also work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, enforce, and promote awareness of security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage the provisioning, installation, operation, upgrading, capacity planning, and performance testing of our ICT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support to systems users and manage the implementation of security and control techniques and technologies as per business requirements.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Ensure the integrity of our ICT technology databases, equipment, network configuration, and software reconciliation.
  • Participate in corporate change control procedures and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, network security, and technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, network security protocols, and technical support best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High degree of technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
