
Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a receptionist in Sydney, Australia.
This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff and client interactions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front desk protocols to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform front desk duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors and scheduling appointments.
- Provide administrative support to staff members and practitioners.
- Serve as patient liaison by welcoming new clients and managing waitlists.
- Schedule patient care programs according to therapists' availability.
- Handle new patient enquiries and assist with appointment bookings.
- Perform personal administrative tasks including data entry and photocopying materials.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including maintaining presentation standards and monitoring stock levels.
Requirements:
- A certificate or diploma in business administration is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with children and their families is essential.
- Possession of a working with children check (WWCC) is mandatory.
