Patient Care Specialist

As an Ambulance Transport Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and transportation services to those in need. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as paramedical science, nursing, or emergency health care. They will also possess significant on-road clinical experience and hold a current full driver's license with a good driving record.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver primary care and clinical monitoring for low to medium acuity patients
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of patient care in accordance with operational protocols
- Comply with clinical and operational standards and regulations specified in patient transport guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Diploma or degree in paramedical science, nursing, or emergency health care
- 400 hours of on-road clinical experience
- Current full driver's license and good driving record
- Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
