Senior Environmental Professional

As a senior environmental professional, you will lead the delivery of high-level environmental impact assessments and approvals for offshore projects. Your role will encompass carbon capture and storage, as well as offshore wind initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex project approvals processes to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
- Develop and implement effective environmental management strategies to promote long-term sustainability
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level staff in environmental impact assessments and approvals
- Foster strong relationships with ERM employees and external stakeholders to drive collaborative outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Science, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' experience in environmental approvals
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
