General Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious leader to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our expanding casual dining brand.

About the Role:

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 30 staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift management. You will oversee the operational aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue while controlling costs.
  • Team Management: Foster a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior restaurant leader.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Service Quality: Deliver outstanding customer experiences through superior service and quality.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with both bar and restaurant environments.
  • Certifications: RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced essential.
