Bakery Assistant

Williamson's FoodWorks is seeking a self-motivated Bakery Assistant to join our team in the Macedon Ranges Region of Victoria.

This role involves par-baking bread, rolls and other bakery items, preparing products for baking, assisting with stock control, general cleaning duties and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational & time management skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team and also under minimal supervision as required, have attention to detail and problem solving ability, strong communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise with staff and customers.

Previous baking experience will be deemed essential, while previous supermarket experience will be beneficial but not essential.

The successful applicant will be expected to work a combination of early mornings and weekends within a shared rotating roster.
