Job Opportunity: Airport Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Airport Duty Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you take on a supervisory role, overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with ground handling agents and ensuring seamless flight operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising airport teams to achieve on-time flight closure and passenger boarding">
  • Coordinating efficient duty allocations of manpower during duty periods">
  • Providing support in case of flight disruptions and passenger-related challenges">
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, security, quality, and environmental management policies">

What You Need:

">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">
  • A relevant college or university qualification">
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in airline or reputable ground handling operations at supervisory level">
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language">
  • Knowledge of Weight and Balance, Ramp Handling, and Dangerous Goods Regulations">
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of customer service standards">
  • Good understanding of conditions of carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety, and Security procedures">
  • Experience in areas such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Ground Operations, and Ramp Handling">
  • High level of computer literacy">
  • Excellent customer focus and service delivery">
