Lead a Team of Creative Professionals

We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Producer to join our dynamic Sydney team. As the driving force behind our most exciting projects, you will be responsible for elevating production quality, fostering seamless collaboration, and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate client requirements into detailed video briefs and develop comprehensive scopes of work.
  • Lead creative tasks, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and production planning, from ideation to completion.
  • Build and manage critical paths for large-scale productions, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones, while managing and liaising with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a producer role.
  • A strong creative vision and a deep understanding of the video production industry and current content trends.
  • The ability to excel at leading and developing creative concepts, providing innovative solutions.
  • A proven track record in meeting deadlines, managing schedules, and leading teams.
