- Manage projects or work packages and deliver high-quality results
- Design and implement research-driven approaches
- Build and lead high-performing teams and contribute to team development
- Communicate effectively through reports, tenders, and client communications
- Australian citizenship is mandatory
- Security clearance at Baseline or above is preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are essential
- 4+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably including consulting experience in the government sector
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required
- Experience with methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Scrum, MSP, P3M3, Prosci, and Change First is beneficial
- Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions is crucial
- Strong research and analytical skills are necessary
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to continuous improvement are valued
- Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships is essential
