Job Title: Healthcare Interior Design Director
Description:We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Interior Design Director to lead our team in developing innovative and effective interior design solutions for healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare interior design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive interior design strategies that meet client needs and objectives.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Collaborate with designers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that promote healing and well-being.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow professionally and personally.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years' experience in healthcare interior design.
- ARIDO/IDC certification.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
