Job Title:

A highly skilled Interior Designer is required to lead the development of healthcare interior design projects.

  • Develop and manage interior design projects from proposal to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing project teams and mentoring junior designers.
  • Collaborate with Architects and Principals to contribute design ideas and provide direction to project teams.
  • Coordinate FF&E and interior architectural plans with clients and project consultants.
  • Prepare promotional materials and participate in Business Development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture.
  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience as an Interior Designer, with ARIDO/IDC certification.
  • Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of 3D Modeling software, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign graphic software.
  • Experience working on commercial and residential projects, with a strong understanding of design resources and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proven client management skills and experience, with excellent time management and ability to balance multiple project demands.
