  • Gain hands-on experience in pruning plants, trimming hedges, weeding, mowing lawns, edging lawns, and general upkeep of grounds and gardens.
About the Role

As a member of our award-winning maintenance team, you will be working with industry experts to learn new skills and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist experienced gardeners in maintaining high-quality standards in gardening tasks
  2. Participate in regular training sessions to improve knowledge and skills

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about learning and has a genuine interest in becoming a skilled gardener.

  • A well-presented and polite person who can represent the company professionally
  • Previous experience in gardening is desirable but not essential
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid WHS White Card
  • A current driver's license and access to reliable transport
  • The ability to obtain a National Police Check or Working with Childrens Check (for those over 18)
