Mobile Phone Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile phone devices, tablets, and other electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing customers and delivering exceptional service using our point-of-sale system
  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored recommendations for repairs, accessories, and additional services
  • Diagnosing and performing repairs on phones and iPads
  • Performing open and close duties, as well as regular cleaning and dusting

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and passion for the tech industry
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Time management skills with an ability to make decisions quickly
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
