**Job Description:**

  • Develop personalized treatment plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Mentor and educate colleagues to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
  • Professional liability insurance (as required).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
  • 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply).
