As a key member of the Curriculum Domain, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Leaders within the domain, ensuring the overall presentation of work and maintaining a high and consistent standard.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of administrative experience, training or professional accreditation. You will have demonstrated high-level tact, diplomacy and people skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing confidential administrative support to the Leaders within the Curriculum Domain
- Engaging as an active member of formal committees, delegated forums and working groups
- Preparing and editing high-quality correspondence, submissions, presentations, discussion papers and reports
- Undertaking a wide range of Curriculum administration functions and processes
