  • Manage Monthly Update Webinars: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver current and relevant content to clients, solidifying our position as industry thought leaders.">
  • Paid Training Engagements: Ensure all paid training projects are completed to the highest standard across supported platforms.">
  • Process Workflows: Establish and maintain process workflows related to training delivery to ensure consistency and quality.">
  • Onboarding and Long-Term Training Programs: Coordinate onboarding and long-term training initiatives for enterprise clients, fostering their growth and success.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • At Least 2 Years' Experience: In a role involving training or facilitation, preferably in a SaaS and client-facing environment.">
  • Leadership and Communication: Ability to lead training sessions in front of groups, both in-person and online.">
  • SaaS Platforms: At least 1 year of experience working with SaaS platforms.">
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent training projects with competing priorities, focusing on quality and timeliness.">
