Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Line Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing food to exact specifications and standards while setting up stations for the menu.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. This involves maintaining a positive and professional approach, executing tasks with accuracy and speed, taking ownership of your section, guiding junior chefs, and maintaining a solid understanding of all sections in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent maintenance of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Lead the training of junior chefs and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
  • Facilitate positive communication between FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all kitchen staff are trained and working in accordance with our Food Safety program.
