Commercial Lawyer Job Description:

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on commercial and corporate law matters, including transactional finance work, commercial lending, trade and receivables finance, and advising clients on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).
