As a key member of our team, the Food Service Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests warmly, provide menus, and take orders knowledgeably.
  • Describe menu items, answer questions, and note special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation standards.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure they have everything needed and address any concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables, resetting, and restocking the area.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to communicate orders and ensure food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
  • Handle payments accurately and present bills to guests.
  • Upsell and promote additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest's experience.
  • Address special requests and accommodate guests' needs to the best of ability.
  • Foster a safe and healthy work environment by following safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails, is required (training provided).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items is essential.
