Job Details

The catering assistant role is a fundamental part of our kitchen team. We are seeking a reliable and team-focused individual to assist with food preparation, serving residents meals and snacks, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation, including meal planning and portion control
  • Provide excellent customer service by serving residents meals and snacks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Restock as required, and after meal periods to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Dishwash and clean kitchen & dining areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and food waste
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve daily goals and objectives

Requirements:
