About the Role:

This is a critical support role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with the Centre Management team to ensure seamless operations within the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include drafting, preparing, and reviewing correspondence, reports, and presentations; preparing and processing internal and external accounts; maintaining compliance and risk documents for each property; and providing general administrative assistance to the facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process internal and external accounts.
  • Maintain compliance and risk documents for each property.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the facilities management team.
  • Support the facilities management team with vendor follow-up and queries.
  • Liaise with the internal finance team about revenue collections or expense payments.
  • Provide reporting on maintenance issues, tenant issues/meetings, upcoming works, relevant schedules, arrears control and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, tenants, and tenant representatives.
