Administrative Support Role

This is a full-time position for an experienced administrative professional to provide exceptional support to a dynamic mortgage brokerage firm in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, managing incoming and outgoing calls, data entry, and maintaining customer databases.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with prospects, clients, lenders, and solicitors
  • Assist brokers and other support staff with gathering necessary documentation
  • Perform data entry and maintain customer databases
  • Administer petty cash
  • Attend to office supply requirements
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in banking, finance, or mortgage broking industry (desirable)
  • Strong computer skills including CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a small team with a can-do attitude
