Landscape Supervisor Job

You're an accomplished landscape professional seeking a new challenge. We're looking for a skilled landscaper ready to step up into a leadership role.

Job Overview
  • Lead on-site landscaping projects from start to finish, covering commercial streetscapes, warehouse/townhouse, and high-end residential landscaping.
  • Manage and coordinate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Handle project logistics, including material orders and site operations efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure high-quality project outcomes are met.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in landscape construction – either as a supervisor or a skilled landscaper ready for the next step.
  • Cert III in Landscaping (preferred) or strong hands-on experience.
  • A valid White Card is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and drive projects to completion is crucial.
