Lead Landscape Construction Project Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee high-end residential and commercial landscaping projects in the Brisbane region.

About the Role:
  • Manage and coordinate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive project success and deliver exceptional results
  • Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Oversee on-site landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
Requirements:
  • Experience in landscape construction as a supervisor or skilled landscaper
  • Cert III in Landscaping (preferred) or strong hands-on experience
  • White Card (essential)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management and coordination

  • Site operations and logistics management
  • Staff supervision and guidance
