Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Accounts Associate. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our business thrives from a financial standpoint, working closely with finance, client experience, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare end-of-month client subscription billing

• Generate client invoices for subscriptions, installation work, and hardware

• Project manage large clients

• Manage accounts receivable and monitor cash flow

• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow entries

• Escalate overdue accounts

• Assist with monthly and annual reporting cycles

• Produce reports on subscription details and accounts receivable

Selection Criteria:

• Proven experience in accounts/finance, preferably in small to medium-sized enterprises

• Excellent knowledge of accounting software

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, and advanced Excel skills preferred

• Experience within the logistics/transport industry is highly advantageous

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to take initiative in managing workload
