Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team as a High Voltage Technician. This role involves the maintenance, repair and operation of high voltage substation equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair high voltage substation equipment in line with industry standards and procedures.
  • Investigate faults and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with field crews to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform critical maintenance and project works.
  • Solve complex problems to ensure reliable electricity supply.
Requirements
  • A Queensland Electrical Fitter/Mechanic license is required.
  • Certification in LVR and CPR is also necessary.
  • A current High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform is required.
  • A 'C' Class driver's license is essential.
