Position Overview
">This position reports directly to the Hospital Director and is instrumental in providing leadership, coordination and operational management of this 30 bed ward.
">The role is supported by a Quality & Education Manager, Allied Health Manager and Corporate Team.
">About Our Facility
">We boast luxury rooms for rehabilitation support and medical admissions with an onsite hydrotherapy pool and well-fitted gymnasium.
">The facility prides itself on delivering a range of surgical and medical rehabilitation services.
">Key Responsibilities
">Day-to-day operational management of the workforce and external referrals from the community and other healthcare providers.
">Work with the Hospital Director to ensure clinical policies, standards and practices comply with professional, legal, guidelines and requirements.
">Actively participate in the development and maintenance of professional and clinical standards of practice of the clinical team.
">Liaise with all healthcare personnel for the provision of services to meet their patients' needs.
">Requirements
">Minimum 3 years RN rehabilitation nursing experience.
">Previous leadership experience in a CNS, CNE, ANUM role.
">Commitment to quality, best practice and environmental safety.
">Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture.
">Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and manage change.
