About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that drive performance and customer satisfaction.

This includes coordinating and coaching a team of trainers, tracking and measuring the effectiveness of training, and ensuring cutting-edge strategies are deployed across all regions.

Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and update LMS e-learning modules, coach trainers on handling sensitive matters, and maintain high levels of clinical documentation.

About You

A minimum of 3 years of experience in audiology is required, as well as training experience. A passion for training and service excellence is essential, along with knowledge of LMS systems and creative storyboarding skills.

The ideal candidate should be confident in creating and presenting material face-to-face or online, efficient in Microsoft office software, and able to negotiate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
