About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Life Changing Disability Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and services to individuals with disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred support services to participants in accordance with their individualised support plans.
  • Identify and report any issues affecting service delivery to inform amendments to meet participants' needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet operational requirements.
  • Adhere to organisational policies, processes, and procedures to meet regulatory and legislative requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal, role modelling, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to problem solve and adapt to changing environments.
  • An understanding and commitment to Disability Service Standards and WHS.
  • An understanding of human rights and challenges facing those with a disability.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence.
