Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Support Coach to work with individuals and help them achieve their goals.

You will assist participants in maintaining independent living skills, connecting with the local community, and achieving personal aspirations.

Your role will involve providing individualised training and support, preparing case notes, conducting personal plan meetings, and setting goals with participants.

Requirements
  • A minimum Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support/Community Services or equivalent qualification.
  • The NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate is also required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to provide efficient assistance, and MS Office skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, with a current Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • COVID-19 vaccination and a valid driver's licence are also required.
