Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced office administrator to join our team. As an office administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and other staff members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing all-round administrative support to the management team and other staff members
  • Producing reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Carrying out rate and fleet administration tasks
  • Undertaking research on projects and updating the team with accurate and current information
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of reports, quotes, and tenders for government and other large corporate customer contracts
  • Organising travel for team members, including flights and accommodation
  • Managing the events calendar, including organising, coordinating, and attending various events to promote the brand
  • Liaising with the social media team, updating and maintaining the company website, and interacting and responding to social media platforms and Google reviews on behalf of the company
  • Performing general administrative duties such as arranging team meetings, minute-taking, uniform management, data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining accurate data in our clients CRM
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar office admin or PA role, preferably in the vehicle rental industry
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to quickly learn in-house systems and WordPress
  • JP Qualified or willing to obtain certification
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with the internal team and provide excellent customer service to our corporate customers
  • Ability to multitask, be highly organised, with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a solution-focused approach
  • Strong ability to work unsupervised, have a strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and accountability

Schedule

The successful candidate will work an 8-hour shift, with flexible hours. Supplemental pay types may include performance bonuses.
