We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our office team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting the Operations Manager in maintaining efficient office operations.
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, customer service, and communication with clients and suppliers;
- Lead and mentor a small administration team to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality output;
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity;
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless job execution and positive client outcomes;
- Respond to customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address administrative challenges;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new software systems;
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

This is a full-time permanent role, working 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work every other Xmas period and annual leave should be taken during May - September where possible.
