Product Life Cycle Technician

The role of Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and setup of life tests for a wide range of products. Reporting to the Head of Quality, this position will be accountable for ensuring that all test requirements are met as per quality engineers' specifications.
This includes:
- Maintenance of Life test room equipment.
- Programming the PLCs to execute the test cycles.
- Manage ancillary equipment, fixture required for Life Testing tasks.
- Manage life test room resources and space allocation.
- Monitor and communicate life test progress to quality engineers.
- Reporting life test result and issues to quality engineers.
- Comply with OHS and Environment guidelines and maintain the life test room accordingly.
A key responsibility of this role is to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that all testing requirements are met within the given timeframe. This requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
In addition to these responsibilities, this role also involves working closely with quality engineers to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during testing. This requires effective communication and problem-solving skills.
