We are seeking highly skilled Client Service Officers to join our team. As a key member of our support network, you will be responsible for coordinating services, liaising with field officers, managing client requests, and ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client enquiries and coordinate service requests efficiently
  • Schedule maintenance work and communicate effectively with contractors
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation in client systems to ensure seamless operations
  • Support continuous improvement and service quality reviews to enhance our offerings
  • Assist with client intake, assessment, and case documentation to provide personalized care
  • Promote home safety programs and build relationships with stakeholders
What We Look For In A Candidate
  • Certificate III (or higher) in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex situations
  • Experience in scheduling, contractor coordination, and customer service to deliver exceptional results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client management systems to streamline processes
  • A current Blue Card, Yellow Card, and National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • A valid driver's licence to facilitate travel between locations
