Project Coordination Role

Are you a seasoned project manager with experience in managing complex projects from start to finish? We are seeking an individual who can lead the coordination of our projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, and managing timelines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:

For this role, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry. You should possess a relevant qualification, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
