Business Intelligence Lead - Data & Analytics

This is a senior role that requires strong data and analytics expertise to drive business outcomes for clients. As a seasoned subject matter expert, you will partner with clients to develop customer-focused solutions and deliver value-driven results.

  • You will serve as a senior subject matter expert in the data & analytics space, collaborating with clients to engage executives through solution development and delivery.
  • You will develop collateral, including go-to-market offerings, marketing materials, and thought leadership based on key trends and use cases.
  • You will lead business development and delivery of projects in data engineering, data visualization, and data science to solve complex client problems and deliver actionable insights.
  • You will drive knowledge management locally and in collaboration with other markets to provide solutions to our local clients.
  • You will lead and mentor team members in data and analytics topics, creating custom growth plans for team members.
  • You will qualify and progress opportunities through the sales cycle, leading solution discussions, designing proposals, and writing statements of work.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in data engineering, data visualization, and/or data science.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the consulting industry, including technical solution sales experience.
  • Proficiency in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a data and analytics lens.
  • Strong marketing, customer analytics, and logical thinking skills, with clarity of thought.
  • Experience with people management and engagement delivery in a business services industry.
  • Experience with disruptive technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Matillion, DBT, Tableau CRM, Fivetran, Amperity, Segment, etc., is a plus.
