We are seeking a skilled customer insights expert to join our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can turn raw data into meaningful business outcomes, driving informed decision-making and helping us better understand and engage with our customers.

About the Role
  • Analyse and interpret customer data to uncover trends, behaviours, and opportunities that inform business strategies
  • Build and maintain dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver both business-as-usual (BAU) and ad-hoc analytics with actionable recommendations
  • Create, populate, and distribute CRM reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and deploy customer segments across customer data platforms (CDPs) and email service providers (ESPs)
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Configure, manage, and support customer platforms such as CDPs, Yotpo, Emarsys, and Experian
  • Troubleshoot and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with developers/engineers to drive process improvements
About You
  • 3+ years' experience in CRM or customer data analytics roles
  • Proven track record in customer analytics within a retail or consumer-focused environment - multi-brand experience beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining and using reporting/visualisation tools
  • Expertise in interpreting customer data and turning it into actionable insights that drive business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with customer tech stacks - CDP and ESP experience beneficial
  • Experience building customer segments for multi-channel activation (email, digital, paid media, CRM)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate effectively with engineers
