About the Opportunity

This exciting role will see you lead and manage data, analytics, and insights for the People & Culture function.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with teams to identify areas for improvement in key metrics and analytics.
  • Develop and automate systems and processes across the organization.
  • Manage the operational efficiency of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Support deployed modules and enhance functionality as required.
  • Analyse P&C metrics and design reporting solutions.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise in data analytics and reporting. Ideally, you have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and experience in system administration. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

You should have solid understanding of P&C practices and procedures in a medium to large organisation. Project management experience is also desirable.
