Part-time Vet Nurse Contract Opportunity

This role is for a skilled and experienced Veterinary Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality advice and book appointments on behalf of the organisation.
  • Manage online bookings, respond to website inquiries, and handle client reminders efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Be clinically experienced, passionate about customer service, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Make accurate triage decisions over the phone confidently.
  • Have working knowledge of RxWorks software.
  • Follow detailed processes with high attention to detail.
  • Work independently with self-motivation.
Working Arrangements:

Preferred Monday to Saturday availability. Flexible work arrangements including remote work from home or office in North Ryde.
