We are seeking a highly skilled Cafe Manager to lead our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced cafe professional to join our dynamic team. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cafe operations, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cafe staff to ensure high-quality service and products
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment that meets health and safety standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in cafe management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, increasing sales, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
