The Opportunity

We are looking for a Therapist to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. Focused on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling participation in everyday activities, you will work with various clients within the community. Supporting patients to achieve their goals and live their best lives, you will provide services across the following packages and programs:

  • Home Care Package clients: supporting independence at home through assessments, equipment prescriptions, and home modifications.
  • Rehab in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery recovery.
  • Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalisation, including general surgeries.

About You

You love making a difference in Australians' lives. As a mobile Therapist, you should be comfortable travelling across the region, and have a vehicle available (kilometre reimbursement provided).
