About the OpportunityWe're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced On-site Service Technician to join our passionate, highly driven, and successful Service Team based in Western Australia. As an On-site Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing Arjo equipment within a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing of Arjo's range of products (medical equipment)
- Conducting routine scheduled servicing; (Preventative and Reactive)
- Install systems to full working capacity and ensuring operators are aware of operating and emergency procedures;
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes;
- Maintain and report spare parts stock accurately in service ERP system;
- Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy;
- The in-house Service Technician role will also support the regional travel requirements, to cover leave or business requirements when required.
- Proven mechanical and/or electronics and problem-solving skills
- 2-5 years' proven service experience preferably within the Healthcare or service-related sector;
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and ability;
- Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, soldering, power tools, and test/inspection equipment;
- The ability to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions;
- Strong time management skills with an ability to meet company performance targets/KPIs;
- Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, be well presented, confident, and sensitive interacting with staff and clients;
- Computer literacy;
- The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment;
- A current WA driver's licence (Class C) is essential;
- Due to the role working in hospitals and aged care facilities, you are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to commence in this role.
