About the Opportunity

We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced On-site Service Technician to join our passionate, highly driven, and successful Service Team based in Western Australia. As an On-site Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing Arjo equipment within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing of Arjo's range of products (medical equipment)
  • Conducting routine scheduled servicing; (Preventative and Reactive)
  • Install systems to full working capacity and ensuring operators are aware of operating and emergency procedures;
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes;
  • Maintain and report spare parts stock accurately in service ERP system;
  • Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy;
  • The in-house Service Technician role will also support the regional travel requirements, to cover leave or business requirements when required.
Requirements
  • Proven mechanical and/or electronics and problem-solving skills
  • 2-5 years' proven service experience preferably within the Healthcare or service-related sector;
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and ability;
  • Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, soldering, power tools, and test/inspection equipment;
  • The ability to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions;
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to meet company performance targets/KPIs;
  • Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, be well presented, confident, and sensitive interacting with staff and clients;
  • Computer literacy;
  • The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment;
  • A current WA driver's licence (Class C) is essential;
  • Due to the role working in hospitals and aged care facilities, you are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to commence in this role.
