Occupational Therapist Leader

We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our occupational therapy services across the Rockingham region.

You will work closely with our Regional Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality care to clients with developmental and acquired disabilities.

  • Innovate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex cases and explore new treatment approaches.

About You:

We're seeking OTs who are proactive about improvement, care about participant goals, and are willing to challenge ideas when participant interests are at stake.

Requirements:
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered case by case)
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • 4+ years post-graduate experience
